Training, General Clinical Research Center at the University of Minnesota

The GCRC has supported resident research for many years and provides an opportunity for two-month clinical rotations. To qualify for this support, a resident must perform clinical research and have an identified mentor who is willing to supervise a research project. In addition the project should utilize GCRC facilities. Each year we can support six residents. The GCRC supports resident research by providing an opportunity for two-month clinical rotations. Residents should perform a clinical research project that utilizes GCRC facilities. In order to take advantage of this training, residents must identify a mentor who is willing to supervise their research project.

A Dietetic Internship program provides one-week rotations that introduce students to nutrition research.
